Brenda Smith

Brenda started with MONY (Formerly Mutual of New York) in 1999 and began working with Rob in 2000; followed by a transition to Baystate Financial in 2007. 

 

As Rob’s Director of Operations, her main responsibilities are to ensure compliance regulations and office process and procedures are being followed; in addition to making certain the practice runs in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.  She has a very high standard for client expectations and strives at making sure our clients always receive professional, timely and friendly service. Brenda has also obtained her series 6, 7 & 24.

 

Brenda was actively involved in fundraising for breast cancer in the Seacoast area from 2006-2020 and since 2021 has been working with the Austin17 House in Brentwood, New Hampshire by serving on the events committee.  

 

She has always had a desire to do therapy dog visits and has recently been making visits with her two French Bulldogs at a few facilities in Maine. She is working on getting Ruth certified as a therapy dog.

 

Brenda grew up in North Andover, MA and currently lives in Seabrook, NH with her French Bulldogs Gage and Ruth. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends and is active in her church and community.
